Payment Policy
Due to an increase in fraud and our customers protection, orders over $1,000 will be required to use Check or Direct Bank Transfer (ACH) until customer accounts are older than 90 days.
Orders under $1,000 are allowed to be placed using PayPal, regardless of account age.

By using our website you agree to the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. Rocky Mountain Bullion, Inc. proudly offers shipping services to all 50 states. Regrettably, we do not offer international shipping, at this time.
Shipping
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out within 2 business days once payment has cleared. Customer will be sent tracking information once the order is shipped.
Orders cannot be canceled by the purchaser. In case you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service. There will be a restocking fee and possibly shipping and insurance coverage costs associated with a canceled purchase.
All shipments require signature upon delivery.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address as undelivered packages will be subject to a restocking fee.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Rocky Mountain Bullion, Inc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were tracked as delivered.
Out of Stock
Rocky Mountain Bullion, Inc. will ship all in-stock items. Customer will be notified of any orders that are out of stock.
Import Duty and Taxes
Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes determined by each state law of where the package is shipped. As different states have different requirements.
